Allied health services commenced at Plexus Health Care South Yarra in 2011, in addition to our general practice services. Current allied health services include Psychology, Dietitian / Nutrition, and Audiology.
Sally Woods
BSci (Hons), Dip Aud, MAudSA (CCP)
Sally holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with honours in Exercise Physiology. She has also completed a Diploma in Audiology.
Sally knew from an early age that she wanted to work with children. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in exercise physiology at the Alfred Hospital, followed by a Diploma of Audiology at Melbourne University. Her paediatric focus led to community health work prior to landing her dream job at the Victorian Royal Children’s Hospital. Over 20 years, she honed her skills in assessment of babies, children & teenagers, focusing on complex cases with multiple medical conditions. She was fortunate to work with other allied health professionals and participate in research with other hospital departments (oncology, respiratory, ENT). Over the last few years, she has had the opportunity to work with adults in the rehabilitation space and be trained in Lyric.
Sally is proud to consult at Victorian Hearing, an independent audiology practice with a proven commitment to personalised service and quality products. She is thrilled to be able to bring her passion for helping people, young and old, together with her years of experience, to a new role with a talented team. Collaboration and good team morale is key!
Locally owned and run, only university qualified audiologists are employed, all of whom work collaboratively with each client to provide objective, unbiased and expert advice, and hearing solutions.

As a Registered HSP and NDIS service provider, Victorian Hearing offer therapeutic supports and hearing equipment and have a commitment to continuous improvement.
Nick Leman
Physiotherapist
Nick is a physiotherapist from Melbourne with a strong background in elite sport having worked for the past 10 years in professional football (soccer). Nick worked as a physiotherapist for Melbourne Heart FC / Melbourne City FC from 2012-16 and then moved to the USA to work as the High Performance Director for the Seattle Reign FC from 2016-2021. He moved back to Melbourne in 2021 to work as the head physio for the Melbourne Victory FC. Nick has also supported some of Australia’s leading runners on training camp in California and Australia, and has spent time in Japan & New Zealand working with individual athletes.
Nick has a strong interest in treating lower back & neck pain as well as sports & lifestyle injuries.
He has a dual physiotherapy and strength & conditioning background and specialises in high-level athlete rehab.
